Cnc turner wanted in Suffolk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Suffolk County, New York. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet 2+ years on the tools preferred.
