Urgent requirement: line cook (Wales)

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around £2,050 per month, based on your experience.
