Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Prince George's County, Maryland. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred.
