Production line operator • Butte County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line operator in Butte County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
