Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Henderson County, Kentucky. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent On a typical shift you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
