Sheet metal welder • Greenwood County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Greenwood County, Kansas. You will work on a structural steel site. You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
