Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Marquette County, Michigan. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
