Abattoir worker wanted in City of Franklin

Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in City of Franklin, Virginia. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
