Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Hughes County, South Dakota. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 2+ years on the tools preferred.
