You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day-to-day duties: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
