Tandoor cook wanted in Chaves County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Chaves County, New Mexico. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 4+ years on the tools preferred.
