Immediate opening: dishwashing attendant (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Meade County, Kentucky. You will be based in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
