Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (Imo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Orsu, Imo State. The job is at a plant hire yard. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Full-time with occasional weekends.
