Now hiring: crane operator (Arizona)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. On a typical shift you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
