Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Harper County, Kansas. The job is in an insurance-approved repair centre. You will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
