Immediate opening: bar waiter (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off.
