MIG welder • Bertie County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Bertie County, North Carolina. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
