Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Pemiscot County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
