Now hiring: we are hiring a furniture maker in Cumberland County, New Jersey. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On a typical shift you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
