Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
