Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
