Now hiring: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Smith County, Tennessee. You will work in a mirror and glass showroom. Day to day you will apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; install toughened and laminated safety glass; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades. Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
