Floor screeder • City of Hopewell, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in City of Hopewell, Virginia. You will work on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage 3+ years on the tools preferred.
