MIG/MAG welder — Charlotte County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Charlotte County, Florida. The job is at a busy production line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Day to day you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose.
