Now hiring: air conditioning service engineer (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in City of Buena Vista, Virginia. The job is at a refrigeration and cooling firm. What we are looking for: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests On a typical shift you will core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter. 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
