Urgent requirement: MIG/MAG welder (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Orange County, New York. You will be based at a busy production line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
