Tandoor cook — Ottawa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ottawa County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 3+ years on the tools preferred.
