LGV Class 1 driver wanted in Gallatin County

Join our team: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You should have: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence On the job you will handle: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
