Grill cook wanted in Lewis County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Lewis County, Tennessee. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
