Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Major County, Oklahoma. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
