Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wichita County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
