Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial painter in Bienville Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
