What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Day-to-day duties: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
