Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
