Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Your main tasks: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour 3+ years on the tools preferred.
