Safety inspector • Tuscarawas County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety inspector in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The job is at an oil and gas facility. Your main tasks: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
