Join our team: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Jasper County, Iowa. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
