Insulation worker wanted in Shiawassee County

Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Shiawassee County, Michigan. You will work at an industrial plant. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
