Fry cook wanted in Knox County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Knox County, Maine. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
