Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Osceola County, Florida. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Performance bonus on top of base pay.
