Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Clarke County, Alabama. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
