Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixer in Ugwunagbo, Abia State. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. You will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
