Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Hancock County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
