We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Jefferson County, Colorado. You will work at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
