Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Benton County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures The role involves level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
