Great opportunity: quality assurance assistant (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Knowsley, England. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems On the job you will handle: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Six days a week, one day off.
