Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Rotating shifts.
