Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
