Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre fitter in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy tyre bay. Day-to-day duties: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies Ideal candidate: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Awareness of workshop health and safety At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
