RCC mason • Conejos County, Colorado

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a RCC mason in Conejos County, Colorado. The job is on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods 1+ years on the tools preferred.
